I recently adopted a 5 year old siamese female to be a companion to my 10year old siamese male, both are neutered, she has become extremely aggressive toward the male, chasing him, cornering him and actually getting into serious fights. I have kept them separated and introduced them to eachother by switching their blankets so they could get used to eachother's scent gradually. this has gone on for 2 months now and instead of getting better, it's getting worse, what do I do now?

You can see if cat appeasing pheromone in Feliway will help reduce the tensions between the two cats. You can read about this here

and its found in pet supply stores or online. While its main function was for use in cats who were spraying its also been found to do a lot for aggression issues.
You may also want to ask your vet for a referral to a veterinary behaviorist. Sometimes medication can be used to change behavior and once the new routines are established through behavior modifications the medication is weaned away.
Hope this helps you!
