5 month old male exotic persian kitten having trouble
Sent to Cat Experts September 17 11:18 AM

5 month old male exotic persian kitten having trouble with back legs. They seem weak and wobbly. Symtoms noticed enough (but he wasn't right for about 2 weeks prior) to bring to the vet Fri (9/15). He had a temp of 103.6. Dr. put him is on an antibiotic. BUNN test came back low. Dr. couldn't get enough blood to do whole scope, so we plan to drop him off Mon am and the will do extensive testing.   Not urinating a lot and small hard bowl movements, mostly still connected to his butt. Loss of appitite. Am giving him "pedialite" by an eye dropper and "nutra cal" off my finger. He eats a little science diet a/d in a can on his own. He drinks the spring water from the tuna can, also on his own. Very lathargic, not wanting to play and just sleepy. We have 3 other persians and a domestic longhair all at least 2 years older. Called breeder got him from in WV. She hasn't had any other of her exotic persians have any problems, so she said.
