My cat, Angel, which i 1 years old has started to sneeze ...

My cat, Angel, which is 1 years old has started to sneeze every day for the last four or five days.
What concerns me is several times she has sneezed, she sneezed spots of blood.
I had received her from the SPCA, and in good health. Her records are up to date, until November.
Do you have any idea why this could be happeining.
