I received a call from a lady who purchased a pug puppy from me. Sophie(puppy) is 3 months old and has developed "spots",3 to date,on her tummy. She said they started red,faded to a whitish appearance and now contain black dots. Puppy doesnt appear bothered by the spots,isnt scratching,etc. She has 2 Chicago vets "stumped". Any idea??
