My 14 week old puppy has developed a hard lump under his skin on his lower back (left side) in the last week. It has not changed in size. He was vaccinated and treated for ringworm two weeks ago. Could this be a reaction to the medication or to the injection site? It does not look like is other - now healing - ringworm sore.
