Infected kittens can remain in seemingly good health several months with excellent care and ideal conditions. Even with the best treatment kittens will succumb to a Feline Leukemis Virus related illness within two or three years.
If your kitten has already experienced severe illness related to FeLV infection, or if persistent fever, weight loss, or cancer is present, survival time will likely be less than a year.

Sorry to hear about your little one, good luck to you both.
