I have a kitten that is two weeks old and just a little ...

I have a kitten that is two weeks old and just a little while ago I noticed he had a green stool, it was not runny just green. I have read on diffrent sites online that this is a sign of infection. I really do not know what to do, should I take the kitten to the vet?
