Thank you for the extra information.
It is important that you get nourishment in him. Cats can not go without eating long as it causes liver impairment very quickly.
Feed him some baby food. Use chicken flavored or any flavor you know he would like. Make sure there are no onions or garlic in it. Water it down and use a medicine dropper to feed him 1 dropper full every 15 minutes for an hour. Repeat every couple hours. Get some unflavored pedialyte and use the medicine dropper to give him 2 dropper fulls after the baby food. The pedialyte will hydrate him properly and restore his electrolytes as well. If he vomits the food, try giving him a 1/2 tablet of Pepcid AC. I would give him this any way. It will help nausea and excess stomach bile.
If he can't hold any of this down, You will need to take him into your vet's office for a check up. Being outside cat, we only guess what the problem may be. He could have eaten something he shouldn't have, have an infection, parasites, etc.
Sincerely, Micki
