I am not sure if the problem walking is related unless she is able to go outside and had some sort of major trauma such caught by a dog or hit by a car. Does she ever go outside? She needs to have a urinalysis done to rule out a urinary tract infection. It is not symptomatic of either diabetes or feline leukemia.
