My cat has all of a sudden lost control of his back legs he ...

My cat has all of a sudden lost control of his back legs he is 1 year old. He has seen the vet had a blood test and an x ray and nothing shows up . He is on a week of anti biotics but his balance and back legs are detreiating.

On the blood tes he had a high glucose level but the vet is adamant its stress /

Please help
