Hi Nikki-
I know you are upset. Kittens are like babys and it seems like they are ALWAYS into something. I understand also about the cost involved with what is happening. I am attaching some links for you of organizations and agencies that can help with financial problems and veterinary care. Also, talk with your vet. If you have any free time, often times they will let clients come in and 'help' around the office, cleaning cages, etc. to help pay off their bills. Talk with your local Rescue Group or Animal Control to see if they have the name(s) of any vets that have a sliding fee scale. If she is not eating or using the litter box, it definitely sounds like she has another obstruction. Lastly, as hard as it might be, you may want to consider surrendering her for adoption in order to get her medical treatment. It would be much better to have someone else adopt her after the Humane Society gets her well than to just let her die from an obstruction in her bowel. Hopefully, though, one of the listed agencies can help you, or your vet may be willing to work with you. She definitely needs medical attention as soon as possible.

Your veterinarian should ALWAYS be consulted first and foremost when your pet's welfare is at stake.
