Recently there have been alot of changes going on in my life- and my cat's life too-. My fiance got a new puppy, and now we adopted a cat that recently lost his former owner. Before we adopted the new cat, Missy, my first cat got a rash down her back, from the botom of her tail to the middle of her back. My concern is that these changes could be causing the rash. My other concern is could she be allergic to flea medicine? I noticed the rash probably a week after I put Hartz flea and tick once a month stuff on her back and once I noticed the rash I quickly gave her a bath she doesn't go outside but the dog does and I treat the dog for fleas every month I just don't want any fleas to get to her. i have since started using Adams once a week flea spray instead af the once a month . The rash hasn't got any better any suggestions?? I plan on taking her to the vet soon but I was hoping you might could give me some suggestions to help in the meantime.
thank you
yvonne hawke
