Hello! My kitty is 3 years old, only stays indoors, and is normally very healthy. I noticed her right eye is a little runny/goopy in the corners and and she seems to be closing it more than the left eye. Her behavior seems normal otherwise...she does vomit occasionally because it is shedding season and gets hairballs. My mom said her cat had this eye problem before and it typically just goes away after a few days. What could it be? I don't have a lot of money to spend on vet bills, so unless it's absolutely necessary, I would like to avoid taking her in. Any advice?
