My kitty is about 3 months old. We recently gave him a flea collar and flea drops. (He was an outside cat. We took him in) And now he has this stuff around his neck where his collars are. It looks like dry skin flakes i cant really get a good look at it because he never sits still long enough. But it is rough to the touch and when you pet him around there you can tell that its there. Im wondering if mabye it is the flea collar and drops.
