kittens with infected eyes

I have 3, 3 wk old kittens. two of then have one of their eyes stuck closed, I cleaned them with warm water and they opened some, they are red. what else can I do. I cant afford to take them to the vet? I had a kitten last year that the same thing happened to it costs me $200 to get him treated and antiobiotics for it. just a thought, but I have some amoxicillin 500 mg cap can I mix it, measure the dose, and treat them with it???? just a thought! what else can I do? please help.
