Hi,
There are many reasons for a kitten to be bleeding from the nose. Since these kittens live outdoors, it's difficult for you to pinpoint exactly what is causing this. Head trauma, excessive sneezing from an upper respiratory infection, allergies or sniffing a caustic (toxic) substance can cause this. Eating mice or rats that have died as a result of rat poisoning can also cause a bloody nose in cats. High blood pressure can cause this also, though it would be more prevalent in older cats. Please see this site for more helpful information:

The best thing you can do for both these kittens
is bring them to the vet for evaluation. If the one is still pretty timid with approaching, you can try a humane trap from the humane society, ASPCA or any shelter or animal control office in your area. Just bait it with tasty food and they will go in.
These little guys should also be fixed if they're old enough.
If you tell the vet they're 'rescue' or feral kittens, you should be given a big discount on the services. Most vets are very willing to treat homeless pets.
Good luck! Please keep me posted. Thanks!
Cher
