One of our cats just had her kittens last night and abandoned them. One is still alive - I have been feeding with a syringe. But I work out and am gone for 10 hours at a time - not sure what I can do with him tomorrow, any suggestions?

My best suggestion at this point since you are really unable to care for this baby is to contact your local humane shelter or vets office and explain the situation to them. Both usually have someone either on staff or that they are familiar with that is experienced in caring for orphans such as this. Caring for a newborn kitten takes a huge amount of time and dedication and if you are not experienced in raising orphans it can be very difficult.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need further info.
