I HAVE NO MONEY... BUT I HAVE KITTENS THAT NEED MILK... THERE EYES ARE OPEN AND THEY WALK AROUND... CAN I GIVE THEM EVAPORATED MILK

No. Cow's milk will give them diarrhea and GI issues. You can ket kitten's replacement milk at your local petstore. In a pinch, you can use canned goat's milk which you can get at any grocery store.
