I have a litter of kittens about 3 weeks old, and some of there eyes are getting red and puffy eyes and there full of pussy looking stuff is there anything i can do and what would cause this?

The redness and pus is most likely a sign of infection. They need to see a vet very soon to prevent any chance of blindness. They are going to need some antibiotic eye ointment if nothing else. Until you can get them there put a warm wet compress on them and flush them with children's saline eye drops.
