Rescued Kittens develop sores

recently rescued a litter of kittens. 2 are starting to show odd sores. Looks like Ringworm, but significantly different. High, Round sores. Not reddish, skin looks nearly normal except for the high, raised round blemish. Also noted sharply sunken Center on sore. Can send digital pics if needed.
