Can you describe the rash? Where is it located? What does it look like?

the rash is all over her body, under her hair and it has scaps, it is not fleas i checked her for that. She has been bathed and i know the rash itches her because she is always grooming and nawing i think that is why it has scabs. we are pretty sure that she is going to have kittens so i am not sure what to do for her, she is a stray.
she is a very loving kitty and really young to be having a litter. she has put on weight in the week that we have had her. but i can tell the rash causes her some discomfort.

If she's pregnant, there's very little you can actually use on her as it will be absorbed by the fetuses also. Frontline is safe for pregnant cats. She may have a food allergy which is fairly common in cats. Try putting her on a food that does not contain corn, such as Wellness, Innova or Felidae. That will help if the problem is a food allergy. You can also get some Microtek Spray at most pet supply stores or online at www.revivalanimal.com and use it on her. It will kill many bacterial and fungal problems as well as relieve the constant itching. I would use the frontline on the off-chance that she DOES have fleas but you just don't see them because she is overgrooming and getting rid of them quickly. Cats that have flea allergies are extremely good at getting rid of them.
