Please help, I found a small kitten approximately 4 weeks ...

Please help, I found a small kitten approximately 4 weeks old . I've been bottle feeding it but it hasn't had a bowel movement all last night . When I found it yesterday it's behind was pretruding and today it's pretruding even more . It strains but it can't have a bowel movement . It won't eat . What can I do to help this little baby . It's 12:59 a.m. and I can't take it to the vet . I'm afraid it might die tonight if I don't do something for it .

The evt did surgery on my kitten but it didn't make it. It's name was Little Bit>
