I just got a new kitten about a week ago and she hasn't stopped meowing, We put her in the basement and she seems fine until one of us goes down there to socialize with her then she starts meowing like crazy. When we bring her upstairs with us she'll meow for an hour unless your paying attention to her. How do we break her meowing?
