Someone bruoght a stray about nine week old kitten home. the kitten is very friendly but try as I may, the kitten will not use a litter box. I have had to resort to keeping him in a cat carrier with a litter box inside. He uses it then, but once I let him out he deficates on the floor. Help, before I bring the cat to the animal control
