we have found an orphaned kitten and don't know ...

we have found an orphaned kitten and don't know how old it is. It is very small and doesn't have its eyes open yet and its ears are beginning to stand up. I am feeding it kitten milk and it is taking 1/2 to 1 cc every 2-3 hours. Is there anything else i should do for the kitten
