My 11-month old kitten has quit eating his cat food. He will eat a little tuna, but not the tuna mixed with cat food. Any suggestions to get him to eat something until I can get him in to see the Vet on Monday?

Reply to Christina A.T.'s Post: He is currently being treated for ingesting 1 Advil tablet. Seen Vet and all blood work checked out. He is on meds to settle stomach but he is not really eating. He drinks a little, about 4 urination clumps in the past 16 hours, no bowel movements. His behavior is fine, playful. He does not go outside.

You can try several different things that he may enjoy eating. Let me know how you make out.
1. 1/2 teaspoon of plain yogurt
2. boiled chicken (no skin, no oil, no seasonings)
3. fancy feast very slightly warmed
4. oatmeal cooked in water
5. ground turkey cooked in a little water (no oil, no seasonings)
