kitten got chocked and blood out of nose!!!!!!!

kitten has blood coming out of her nose, and I think that my son chocked her and coverd her mouth, did it calaps her lungs?? will she be ok? she acts a little differnt, do you thank she may have got a little brain damage?? I love this kitten she is 5weeks old and she has ate some food a little bit ago/ but still laying around she played with me for a sec but acts like some times she dont know where shes at or what to do how to walk or anything,
