After effects from feline spaying

My cat was spayed on thursday she only pees a little. she is eating but not drinking. Shes meowing all the time and she hasnt had a bowl movment .... Could you help

The first thing I would like you to do is to look at the surgery area and see if you notice any red swelling or is there much discharge of pus or blood in the area?  How 'healthy' does it appear to you - does it look like it's healing well?
