He began having seizures at home this past Sunday. So we took him to an emergency clinic and they discovered he had low blood sugar due to a possible mass on his pancreas. After a couple of needle biopsies, they determined that it is probably pancreatic cancer. They are having trouble stabilizing his blood sugar, in spite of the IV dextrose. His prognosis is bad. They said he might live up to 9 months if he goes into remission or pass away in two months if the cancer has spread. They said the surgery would be very difficult on him regardless. He is currently at the hospital because without the IV he has seizures. He's also having trouble seeing and is hyper-sensitive to sound, light, and anyone touching him.
