MY MALE 3 month old street rescued feline friend is

MY MALE 3 month old street rescued feline friend is frequently having eye mucus and nasal leakage,he has been treated for a periode of about a month with amoxicillin (bucul) & eye ointement antibiotics. But it continues frequently but when we bring him for his vaccines & we tell the Vet. they cannot diagnose because of course there are no apparent symptomes on those visites. What can this be and are there some home or natural remedies?
