My cat was once diagnosed with feline acne around her chin/neck area. We were given a triple antibiotic ointment to use. Lately the hair around her neck area is coming out in patches. I've noticed her scratching the area, and I see clumps of hair around the house. She is about 15 years old. What can I do for her?
