My cat keeps urinating on the floor

She's 11 years old, in good health and uses the litterbox except for urinating. She's been going on the rug behind the litterbox and on the dining room floor. Appetite is good, she goes up and down the stairs with ease, good disposition, but this problem is driving me crazy! HELP PLEASE!
