for the past couple days my cat has loss of appetite and ...

for the past couple days my cat has loss of appetite and tail is always down, she also seems to be attempting to scratch her ear and her head wil shake. What could be wrong?

one years old, she ate a lil this morning, and as far as i know of shes going to the bathroom fine, usually when i put new litter in the box she goes potty but this morning she was just laying down

I gave her her regular food which is Deli Cat, and yes i got her spayed a while back ago, and she is a indoor kitty, she seems to be sleepy alot also but her tail is always down for the past couple days
