My 1 yr old cat has not been eating for 2 days. She is listless and sleeps all day. This just started suddenly. Her nose is dry. She is urinating and had a movement yesterday.

yes she has been tested. No she is not vomiting. She drank a little diluted milk yesterday. and this am. she has urinated x1 this am. She appears to be a little more alert today.
