It's been 9 days now and he's lost weight. He won't drink either.I took him to the vet but I could't afford all the tests they wanted to run so they gave me 2 scrips for (Periactin 4mg to stimulate appetite and Dxycycline 100mg antibiotic I think?) Either which has had any effect(2 days now).He has'nt used the litter box at all and all he does is sit in one spot and either sleep or just sits there doing nothing.

I have't forced any food yet but I did try giving him some water(room temp) with a syringe.I think he only got a little. He looks the same still losing weight and his eyes appear to be sunk back some in his head. His gums are'nt white but only have very very little pink color to them.

Should I try force feeding him and if so what's the best way to do it?
