This boy is in serious need of nutrition. He MUST eat in the next 24 hours or he is in real danger of suffering from liver failure (hepatic lipadosis). Get some Gerber Baby Meat - chicken or turkey and a large pet feeding syringe from the pet supply store and force feed him at least half a jar twice a day. He is stuck in a vicious cycle. He doesn't want to eat because he feels bad - and he feels bad because he isn't eating. You are going to have to make him eat, or the vet may have to run a tube into his stomach to get nutrition into him. You might want to get some A/D (anorexic diet) canned food from the vet also and force that between the baby meat. If you are unable to get him to eat by tomorrow morning, please get him back to the vet and let them know that they have got to do SOMETHING to get him eating. You may be on a forced feeding regime with him for several weeks, so please don't give up on him. Once the lipadosis sets in, you have to get his digestive system working well in order to clear it up. There is no medication to fix it - food is the only thing that will. Please let me know how things go. If you can't get baby food, boil a chicken breast and run it through a blender with the broth to make it a consistency that will go through the large oral feeding syringe.
