My cat is 15 years old.She's currently in good health ...

My cat is 15 years old.She's currently in good health but last year she was operated on for intestinal problems that caused her to vomit daily. Before the iperation, the surgeon had to shave her stomach and back to attach tubes for the procedure.
It's been a year now and her hair has not grown back.

What can I do?
