Hello-I have an 9 year old cat that seems to have lost

Hello-
I have an 9 year old cat that seems to have lost weight recentlty. she was not wanting to eat her dry like in the past but seems to like Tuna at least last night and today she eat a full can in the last 24hours almost. but her activity leval is very low and that is not like her she is haning out under the bed and still not sure why she is not like that very socal cat in the past... What should I do. I took her to the bet yesterday and they did an exame and said she seems fine with teeth, no temp and no lumps they could find so they did take a blood test to see if that shows up something.
Any idea's what could be the cause of weight loss and lack of activity?
