How do I stop my cat from urinating on my bathroom ...

How do I stop my cat from urinating on my bathroom rug. He just started urinating on my bed. Could it be a health issue. Litter box is cleaned twice a day

You didn't mention how old your cat is, however I understand from your question that this is a new issue and am going on the assumption that he is not a kitten and this is a new situation.

From the symptoms you are outlining, there is a good possibility that he may have a urinary tract or bladder infection that does not allow him forewarming. I would absolutely suggest you have your vet check him, since this is a new behavior and most cats prefer litter boxes over the floor or bedding.
