My 11 year old cat and I just moved from Denver Colorado to Marina del Rey California. We are in a new apartment and my cat seems to be scratching a lot especially around his neck. I have looked at his skin and do not see or feel anything. His food has not changed, he eats Science Diet Hairball for senior cats. Do I need to take him to the vet?
