Are these lumps large and under the jaw ( that could indicate a tumor or enlarged salivary glands)or are they small, like seeds, over then neck (that can indicate allergic skin disease)?

they are small under the front of the neck. cat is somewhat obese.I just need to know how soon I should get her to vet if this is indicative of something serious.

I would want your vet to look at these lumps soon to see if they are anything to worry about. Under the neck are a lot of lymph nodes that can get big. Some can be pea sized and some get as big as a golf ball.
