Please take your kitty into the vet. The fact that she's not eating indicates either an obstruction or an infection of some sort, and she needs to be examined to see what is going on. Cats will develop hepatic lipadosis (fatty liver) if they go more than 3 or 4 days without eating, and that can be life threatening. I would get her in first thing tomorrow at the latest. Please let me know how she's doing.
