my 16 yr old cat starting howling. He is panting, and his back legs are not working correctly. This came on suddenly. What should I do?

Are his back paws cold or colder than the fronts?

How long has this been going on?

Is he crying too?

Has he been ill or diagnosed with a heart murmur or other heart condition?
