My one year old male cat has been throwing up clear

My one year old male cat has been throwing up clear liquid with a little food in it, and making very loose bowel movements for a few days. I tryed to give him Pet Pectillin- Diarrhea medication for Dogs, Cats & Birds, which he spit all over the room and ran away. I gave him canned pumpkin, which he wouldn't eat. His anus is very red and raw looking. He is eating and drinking, but I don't know what to do.
