we think our cat is having seizures!! help me??

my grampa found this kitten at work and he was starving so we took it in hes 8 to 10weeks he all the sudden stats shivering and gets lathargic and we think its seizures and his arms stretch out ans his claws come out . he has never lifted his head up he moves it from side to side and he trackes your finger and shaddows . as long as you are holding him he is fine otherwise its nonstop meowing> wats wrong with our cat
