i HAVE TWO LONG HAIRED CATS. mY FEMALE CAT IS ALWAYS WASHING AND WHEN SHE EATS SHE ALWAYS THROWS UP. SHE IS MAKING A MESS OF MY HOUSE. HELP

You can try using a couple of different products. One would be a hairball medication, given on a daily basis, Laxatone, Laxaire or some other over the counter hairball remedy. You could also use a hairball food which should help move hairballs thru the system. There is a product called Shed Stop that will help slow down or stop shedding which may help. You could have her shaved down which would also help cut down the hariballs. Any of these can help but proper grooming, brushing would be best.
