MY CAT HAS BEEN SCRATCHING HIS SELF SO MUCH HE HAS BALD SPOTS ON HIM AND THERE BLEEDING.THERE MAINLY AROUND HIS BUTT AND STOMACH BUT HAS FEW ON BODY.WHAT IS CAUSING THIS AND CAN I TREAT IT AT HOME?

He is proably getting bitten by fleas and they are causing an allergy called miliary dermatitis. You can see it here:
