my female cat moved with me to a new home 2 months ...

my female cat moved with me to a new home 2 months ago. I haven't had a problem with her urinating on the rugs in the bathroom until recently. Her litter box is there and is kept clean.
she Never wants to go out like she did at my old house either. How can I get her to pee where she's suppose to ?
