I have two cats. I recently had them both groomed. Ever since then, they have been fighting. One is a male and the other a female. The female has been spayed, but the male has not been neutured. The female cat is now terrified. She won't come out from under the bed. She is afraid to even go to eat or use the litter box. She recently urinated in the bedroom. How can I help this situation?

Neutering the male may help. The grooming may be coincidental with the agressive behavior. Also, I would purchase some feliway plugins to put around the house. They put out phermones that are very soothing to cats and will also help calm this situation down. Please let me know if I can assist further!

Reply to Lori's Post: I have never of feliway. I hope it helps. I will definitely try it. My cats have never not gotten along until now.
I do plan on getting the male neutured. It had just not been an issue until now.
Thanks for your help.
