My cat seems to be having trouble layin on her side. When ...

My cat seems to be having trouble layin on her side. When she does so, she yells, or cries a little and tries to switch to the other side. When walking away, she seemed to have trouble bending her legs. Any suggestions?

She's 13. She just started doing this last night or late afternoon. When she walks away, she runs a short distance, kinda hops, then stops and lets out a little cry. Any suggestions?
